Who We Are
Our Head Chef, Rob Jester is the creative force behind our menu. Chef Jester is a 2006 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Chef Jester's talent for blending area cuisine with modern influences from around the world, has made the Harbor House cuisine famous among locals and tourists alike.
